I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. Oriana and Lacey are the dream team. After 2 decades of not finding the right fit, I can say that the staff here have blown me away. I will keep on coming back because the place has done nothing but impress me from day one.
The receptionist staff are great as well.
It’s a welcoming environment where the team work together and can even include your local GP in your progress. I was extremely hesitant when first coming here, I didn’t want to go at all to be honest, but now attend on my own free will because I find the help and guidance is incredible.

River Oak Health have helped me tremendously in my recovery for binge eating disorder that I've had for over 15 years. I'm glad I took the chance and tried psychology and dietetics again and went through this company . Absolutely lovely people to talk to and have great knowledge in disordered eating couldn't recommend them enough.

I have seen lots of different professionals and been in lots of settings but River Oak has by far been the most helpful and beneficial. Shane is absolutely incredible, he is kind and caring and patient and I have definitely got the same vibe from other members of staff. I will recommend River Oak all day, every day.

My son (6 years old) recently saw Dr Felicity West for an eating disorder called ARFID. We found her sessions very helpful, and she had great parental advice for living with a child with an eating disorder. The reception staff were also always friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend their services.

My son could not have tackled his eating disorder without the invaluable guidance from Sean. My son has seen numerous professionals over the years and has not been able to bond with anyone hence not being open to the help he needed. Sean truly listened to my son and became my son's trusted mentor on his journey to recovery. Sean's compassion, understanding and ability to work around my son's complexities highlighted to us as parents just how remarkable Sean was not only as a dietician but as an inspirational role model and how blessed we were to have him support and encourage our son through this experience.

Lauren is incredibly compassionate and caring when working with her clients and supporting them through what ever challenges they’ve faced while also celebrating any successes they’ve had, no matter how big or small. She offers her continual support beyond just the given appointment times and shows genuine concern and empathy towards the people she works with. Lauren is incredibly knowledgeable regarding all things food and eating related and she shows a legitimate love of educating and supporting others with their nutritional journeys.
