If you ever need to cancel an appointment make sure you're dead or dying. There is no understanding otherwise. Tony was rude, refused to listen. Kept emphasising, that's policy. These guys are after your money. As a case worker in mental health I certainly won't recommend to clients.
Rebecca Culverhouse responded to this complaint and I am satisfied by their response. They have resolved this complaint with respect and empathy. In terms of practice as a Mental Health organisation I am impressed by the quality of care shown by the Psychologist involved with my family member. Many thanks for resolving this dispute 🙂 *

Slack reception and admin processes.
Booked me in for an appointment. A week of being booked they called to say it wasn't actually available. Then said they'd get back to me that afternoon or the following morning to re-book.
Didn't get back to me for 2 days, so i called them.
They informed me the that the following 10 sessions that we had booked in after this session were also no longer available.... that they couldn't take me at all because they didn't realise the 3 psychologists couldn't take anyone new at this time.

I have been seeing psychologists here for several years now and have found all 3 of the psychologists I have seen in my time to be nothing short of wonderful. I have come along way since attending the clinic. I find the clinic to be very affordable and accomodating with all staff being fabulous.

Never before have I felt so scared in a consultation. It's so baffling when a professional doesn't pay attention to you and slice your suspicions before you've accounted for yourself, I really felt like they didn't pay attention to me. I will go somewhere else

Rude staff. They say they are non-profit but they make plenty of money from you and they seem under pressure to make budget. Jerome overcharged and was deceptive about it. Lol. So much for not-for-profit!
