I came to Lee with a serious case of grinding my teeth in my sleep. I had damaged teeth beyond repair that required crowns and other extreme dental measures and knew that I could not consciously stop myself if I was asleep.
A friend recommended I see Lee and I am extremely thankful!

She made me feel welcomed and safe and was happy to have a chat about what I was experiencing and give me skills to help with the clenching of my jaw when I was awake as well.
Lee goes above and beyond with helping her clients to understand why they may be having the issues that they are and helps them get to the source of their issues, rather than just helping to treat the symptom.

As for the clenching- after just 2 sessions I have had immense relief. I no longer wake up with an aching jaw in the morning and I feel a lot more relaxed in my conscious state.
