Please go to any other pharmacy.

The pharmacist is lovely and experienced, but he is inundated.

They need to have more pharmacists on staff to handle how busy it is, or train the staff working the counter to better handle their position. The counter staff will lie, make excuses, and make you wait for over 30mins only to be confused about why you're there because they don't have the medication you've requested.

Counter staff are friendly, but that is where it stops. Been 5 times and the pharmacist got it wrong every time. Now I have transport I go to the ascot Village pharmacy and never had a problem. Longs wait also to have wait again to fix their mistakes and never seems to be in order of handling your scripts in.. Use the one a little further up the road, used them without issue.

This is literally the best Pharmacy in Brisbane. I cannot speak highly enough of the team’s friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care and concern for their clients. They have looked after us for the last three years or so, and have always gone the extra mile, to make sure that critical medication are available on time and have found incredible solutions to help me as a person living with disabilities. They deliver, which I found super helpful, especially when my husband is away. They are an amazing team, and if you need a great Pharmacy, then you absolutely can’t go wrong with Terry White Ascot Team!!

God bless Alex. I called 10 mins from closing and explained I was on foot and in an emergency 800m away. He waited for me and was so calm and friendly. He may have saved my husbands life this evening.
