Cannot recommend Dr Kim and the team @Foot, Ankle & Body Experts Health Clinic. I'm sooo glad a family friend recommended the clinic last year. After spending thousands of $$$$ for my 14yo to have (semi-failed) coalition surgery and ongoing, frequent treatments for pain at other Podiatry clinics, and seeing minimal results, we came to see Dr Kim and were immediately impressed with her knowledge, dedication, empathy and passion for her career path and helping patients be free from pain. Their machines and technology are cutting edge and offer state-of-the-art treatments and extensive services which Dr Kim and the team have brought to Australia.

We have visited at least 5 times now and every time our experience has been second to none, from the time you walk in, greeted by the amazing and cheerful Chris or Kirsty to your educational and relieving session with Dr Kim to when you leave with more smiles and care from the team and even more surprising, you're not out of pocket anywhere near what you would pay for the effectiveness of the services you receive. Ticks every box!

Because of Dr Kim's expertise and wealth of knowledge she picked up on areas in my son's MRI report that the GP and physio had not noticed. After helping my boy it was my turn, and wow, Dr Kim has given me back quality of life I have been lacking (and at only 42!!) for so long by treating tendinitis, bakers cysts and a number of underlying issues I was unaware of.

Before you have surgery or see anyone else - I urge you to touch base with the team... you won't regret it!

I have been in pain with an ingrown toenail for the past 2 years. I previously visited 2 other clinics and had several unsuccessful treatments. I then found these experts and have never looked back. I have had several treatments with Lewis and I highly recommend him. I recently had a procedure performed by Dr Kim and she was amazing. I am extremely adverse to needles and I was in so much pain but she was so reassuring and knowledgeable that I immediately felt at ease. The professionalism, expertise and personable manner in this clinic is outstanding. Usually you only visit these places when you are in pain and desperately looking for a solution. They understand. They are the best. Don't go anywhere else!

Couldn't be happier with Foot, Ankle & Body Experts. I am grateful to Chris for being so accomodating with my difficult timetable. Lewis the Podiatrist was awesome and extremely knowledgeable, running me through two sessions of stretching and Focus Shockwave. My chronic Achilles pain is completely gone. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. My daughter has been receiving rehabilitation from Ben following her treatment with Dr. Kim, and Ben's expertise and attentiveness are truly exceptional. It is not often I leave Google reviews, but this time, I am more than happy to do that, as the team at “Foot & Ankle” are absolutely amazing! Dr Kim is a very caring, empathetic and professional! I felt very comfortable during the whole process. Chris who is the manager is very helpful, kind and accommodating as it wasn’t easy for me to find time for an appointment. The girls from the reception called to check on me and inform about the follow up visit, which I really appreciated. Don’t hesitate to book time with this team as they are absolutely amazing! By far the best experience I’ve had in Australia so far!

I recently have been to this clinic for a knee issue and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of services they offer. While they're known for podiatry, they also provide a wide range of treatments. This made it easy for me to get help for my knee all in one place - ultrasound guided assessment, podiatry service, remedial massage and so on.

The reception staff were really friendly and professional when I arrived, which made me feel welcome right away. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, showing they care about cleanliness and patient comfort.

My consultation with Dr Kim, Lewis and Ben was great. They were knowledgeable and took the time to understand my issue.
I was also impressed with the clinic's use of advanced technology and up-to-date practices. It gave me confidence that their treatment plan was based on the latest medical knowledge.

Overall, my experience at this clinic was excellent. Their professionalism, wide range of services, and skilled team make them a top choice for quality care beyond just podiatry. I'd definitely recommend Foot & Ankle Experts to anyone needing expert help.
