I went into Priceline Pharmacy Ascot recently to buy an asthma reliever over the counter. I have never been to this pharmacy before so there was no record of me in the system. The only question I was asked by the pharmacy assistant was if I'd used one before. No questions about other medications, allergies or medical conditions, and when the label was checked by the pharmacist he didn't clarify anything either. All he did was read the label to ensure the product and dose was correct. No duty of care whatsoever. I am a pharmacist and this lack of questioning is unacceptable. I only went into this pharmacy because I was in the area for an appointment with no other pharmacy close by. Please train your staff and remind them of their obligations as health professionals.

I work in aged care. My client asked me to purchase her an emery board and some nail polish as her nails had not been attended to for some time. She had only a small amount of money for groceries etc so she had very little left to spend.
I purchased the emery board as it was only $2.50, but all the nail polishes were out of her budget.
I asked when paying if they had any cheaper nail polishes as my client had limited funds.
The absolutely lovely sale assistant (I wish I got her name) proceeded to go thru the drawers and returned with 2 bottles of nail polish which were brightly coloured but were exactly what my client would buy anyway!! She proceeded to give them to me for free!
It was just so refreshing to see that a young lady (she looked around early 20's) would go to such lengths to help make someones day.
Thank you so much to the young lady you made my clients day as she normally accompanies me to do her shopping but was unwell that day.
When she saw the nail polish and heard the story she felt much better.
Good on you, you are a great role model with a big heart!!!

This pharmacy was extremely unprofessional and was the least bit helpful! It was very apparent that none of the pharmacy assistants are properly trained as they didn’t even know how to take in prescriptions correctly! I had to tell them how to to do their job! Not only were they rude with how to they speak to you but also don’t act like the health professionals they’re suppose to be! Not a single care was expressed towards their patients that are seeking medical advice. As someone who also works in a pharmacy I would be utterly disappointed if I ever saw my staff perform in this manner! Disgusting.

To the owner of this Priceline pharmacy in ascot I have read all the reviews on the Google search. Everybody has a complaint about your rudeness your arrogance the way you treat your customers.

I have spoken with the health ombudsman and was told that you should do the right thing.

I will never use your pharmacy again and I will put reviews up on Google and make sure my friends and family never use your pharmacy although I’ve spent hundreds of dollars there you shouldn’t even be in business

You can’t treat your customers with respect or integrity you’re not even fit ethically, you shouldn’t even have a pharmacy.

I am always given great service here by all staff. Very friendly and always greet me as I walk in. The older pharmacist lady with blonde hair was exceptionally friendly and welcoming which really made my day and couldn't be more happy to help hold my things when I had my toddler in my arms. Small good deeds like this make me repeat customer.

The pharmacists at Priceline Ascot Village are remarkable. Over the past few years I’ve needed to start a number of new prescriptions and pharmacists have been helpful & generous with their time & advice. Since Toombul closed I know the queues of customers is lifted long but the team always take necessary time and attention to help us all understand the medications. Thank you
