It was the first time at this practice. Dr Kasun was a good listener and made a plan for a future with an explanation. I was very satisfied. The receptionist who is a guy was very friendly. But I went there before 4.30pm and still it was busy so it was a bit hard to park.

Doctors at Nundah Village Practice rarely run on time, but I’ve generally had decent experiences. However, my appointment with Dr. Naga Annapureddy was frustrating. She dismissed my concerns, insisted on controlling the discussion rather than addressing my priorities, and ultimately wasted both my time and money. Instead of focusing on the issues I needed help with, I received irrelevant comments and now require another appointment to get proper care. I’ll be avoiding her in the future.

First time patient and I was blown away with the service, so handy to have Pathology onsite and love the acknowledgement of our traditionally custodians in the clinic. Doctor was amazing and felt safe being treaded. Would recommend to locals

I really needed to see a GP this week because I got within 4 weeks to have surgery on my right breast and had to know more about the referral that was sent on the 20/12/2024 and nothing in ways of a phone call from the RBH. I am grateful for my Doctors visit today it was a major accomplishment and I had to know exactly what was going on being a category 1. Thank you again for my reassurance it settles me during this hectic period over new years eve.

Same as other people. Don't book with Dr Deepa Joy. She could not have been more rude and less interested in my health concerns. Horrible Dr who makes you feel like you've ruined her day by saying hello. No Joy here.. more like Kathy Bates in Misery.
