Went there today & apologised for my bad review, I was under a lot of stress & depression. The practice is well worth going to as they're very thorough. Dr. Islam is great & looks after us very well & very pleasant. Highly recommend going there. 🤠👍🇦🇺

My first time attending here, the receptionist are so friendly and welcoming. I came here from another doctor's practice which my doctor was from, now I have found him again. It's hard to find understanding and compassionate doctor's. Definitely recommend.

The doctor has advised me to take a Panadol and drink Honey and charged me $95 for the consultation. They made me to take a COVID test worth 92.50 for a negative COVID test.

I later learnt from the insurance company that the Government recommended rate is only 41.40 for the consultation.

Shelly and nurse is really good receptionist and always helpful if doctor’s is fully book. She always organised appointment for us if we need a doctor to see us. I never disappointed from last seven years that service. Such a wonderful service.

These doctors are constantly under the pump, but it never stops them from taking the time to care for or remember the individual. Shelly, the head receptionist/practice manager is an utter gem. No matter how busy or the stress levels get, she takes it in stride and is such a trooper who is always on the ball. As this is a bulk billing clinic you can imagine it is a bit busier, hence my previous remarks.

The whole team does a great job, I've spent my whole life paying for private doctors and genuinely feel Dr Ash and Shelly care more for my well being than the others in their flashy cars ever did.

Shelley is amazing!! And Dr Ash is the best doctor we've ever had.
Shelley is always so sweet, friendly and caring towards my family and I. I was so glad that she moved over with our awesome Dr, Dr Ash!! And dr is so in depth, he truly cares for my family and that's what we've always looked for in a doctor.
