The young man at reception is fantastic to have as a face for your clinic. I gave him praise when I was paying my account. Said my experience was a good one. He is worth a pay rise.
Sonographer was very good and along with lady that did X-ray.

The staff are amazing. The quality of their imaging doctors have told me are the best they have ever seen. They can't do enough to help their patient. A big shout out to Nicholas at Ascot imaging Brisbane, for his stream line check ins and assisting us every time.

Wonderful experience. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Jess the Radiologist was simply amazing, friendly and understanding! When in with a fear of the CT scan very very nervous but Jess made me feel really relaxed, smile, laughing and very caring. Thankyou so much! All the best.

Wait time on their phone lines are horrendous, I decided to hang up after 10+ minutes on hold. An online price list would be convenient. At the time of writing, an ultrasound (abdomen) costs $125 out of pocket. I recommend shopping arojnd. Their cost is on the higher end of the prices I found, and there is, thankfully, (at least) one place that still bulk-bills (thank you Brisbane Radiology).

The CT Radiographer was very welcoming and friendly. (Sorry, can't spell her name). She made my CT experience relaxing. The Sonographer was very efficient and knew her procedure well.

I had a very positive experience at I-MED. Service was on time, courteous and efficient. Staff identified themselves with each interaction. Reception staff were also very friendly. This is a well run professional practice.
