Amazing service. Great doctor - Dr Matt was thorough and I received an ECG immediately to check my heart and was able to tell me everything was okay there. He was very helpful and requested on the test and anti-inflammatories. Would definitely recommend him.

Wonderful reception staff and doctors. We were seen by Dr. Zee who was kind and knowledgeable. They were fully booked but was able to fit us in and we were seen pretty quickly.

This staff at this surgery are efficient, knowledgeable and kind
The medical centre is well run.
I am very satisfied with the doctors who I see. When my preferred doctor is unavailable or on leave I am happy to schedule another doctor, who are Al skilled and qualified professionals who are interested in each person's well being.
Doctors appointments are scheduled and generally are on time. Of course when emergencies arise there may be a waiting period. However, as I too have needed to be seen for an emergent matter I was grateful for the doctors and staff ability to assist me.

Smart Clinics Taigum go above and beyond for their patients. I needed an appointment in a hurry and had an appointment with Dr Shaheed within the hour. Although he was not my regular GP, he was caring, thorough and professional. The girls on reception are absolutely lovely and I can highly recommend Smart Clinics Taigum as the best medical practice in Brisbane. Thank you all.

I wanted to bring up a few concerns that need addressing. When booking an appointment with a doctor, there’s a reasonable expectation of being seen within 5-10 minutes, not after a 40-minute to 1-hour wait. On top of that, being charged extra because the appointment was considered longer than standard is quite frustrating, especially since the delay wasn’t my fault.

It’s unreasonable that I’m being penalised for the doctor’s poor time management. My time is valuable too, and I don’t believe I should be paying extra for the clinic’s inefficiency.

I’d appreciate your attention to this matter and a resolution to prevent this from happening in the future.

I paid because i could not be bothered having an argument but please sort this out.

For a franchise GP - this practice was incredible. Reception staff were welcoming and friendly. The GP I saw was kind and caring. Would highly recommend Smart Clinics Taigum. And will rebook for my next GP appointment
