I've been coming here for years, I've always found it easy to make an appointment, or even change one if things change, Dr Rasheed has always been an excellent Dr, and if the first one I've had who treats me without any squeamishness about my sexuality. I've never felt rushed or like I'm not being listened to, the clinic used bulk bill 100% but changes in cost and the mistreatment of the Medicare system by government changed that, but they do what they can for you, and having the pathology right there is amazing 👏

Would give zero stars but not possible. Advertised appointments and open on Sundays. Booked and confirmed my appointment then received an email from what I assume is just the receptionist named Rose (no email signature or details to be able to tell) advising me the doctor will not be available and I can reschedule just over two hours before the appointment. I can accept that this can happen from time to time and have no issue with a doctor unable to come into work as life does happen. But Rose did not respond to my email and really should have phoned to advise as I would’ve missed her email had I not checked my spam folder and saw her email. Also no follow up despite replying almost immediately by chance to offer alternatives. I chose to cancel and won’t use the practice and advise my friends not to as Rose can’t even respond to requests, let alone have the courtesy to phone patients with changes to their appointments and don’t feel as though the clinic is reliable.

I have no issues with my gp here, just the misinformation on Hotdoc regarding bulk billing. It clearly indicates that 65 and up are covered, so I was surprised when I was told as I walked to the doctors room that it is actually 75 and up. That defeated my purpose for changing gps. Only on the website does it have the correct information, which I discovered later. I'm sure most people book through the app so that should be brought up to date.

Doctors here... accused of being on drugs. Had full blood test and negative. Now refuses to see me as a patient. Prescribed adzana medication without a mental health care plan... will not give a mental heath care plan untill you pay for it even with bulk billing Medicare...

This is worst experience from a GP. Ombudsman has been called and reports have already been made with Dr Rashiid.

Very easy to make appointments either by call or via hotdoc. You get instant confirmations. Staff do check with you on the day if there are any changes or if you are running late. Very flexible with little adjustments to suit your timing or reschedule for another day.
Doctor Irshaad is highly knowledgeable and skillful. One of best doctors I have come across, and has been able to diagnose the root cause accurately every time. Very impressive. Thank you.
