I previously had a consultation with Dr. Patricia. I shared my concerns with her, and she requested a blood test and a few other exams. I mentioned that I was eager to know the results, whether they were good or bad, and I was told I would be contacted once they were ready. Despite expressing that I wasn’t feeling well, no one called or emailed me with the results, leaving me feeling as though my visit never happened.

Later, I had to go back to the clinic myself to inquire about the results, and I was charged an extra fee, which was fine as long as I received the doctor’s interpretation. Additionally, I had requested a referral to a hospital, but due to incomplete paperwork on the clinic’s part, the hospital didn’t accept it. I sent a follow-up email but received no response.

I was also informed that they don’t issue referrals for physiotherapy, yet the physiotherapy clinic stated that a doctor’s referral was required. I was disappointed to be met with a rude receptionist, especially given that this happened in a place like Ascot, where I expected a more professional experience.

Dr Roy Kwan is the most thorough GP I have ever had. He is a very knowledgeable doctor, who clearly explains your symptoms and why you need specific medication. The waiting room was very clean, and the reception staff were friendly.

Very disappointed with recent encounter with this practice!! I have up until now been very satisfied with the practice.
I had an appointment with Dr Roy Kwan at 8.30 on a Friday (this is the first appointment of the day ). I woke feeling very unwell on the day and felt so unwell I did not want to drive . I phoned surgery at 7am to try to leave a message to advise I needed to cancel . There was no facility to leave a message and the surgery was not manned till 8.30 am so could not advise till then.
They then proceeded to say I will have to pay $50 cancellation fee as Dr Kwan is SUCH a busy man 🙄
I am a pensioner and cannot afford that. Now they refuse me any further appointments until I pay $50.
Unbelievable when I have a serious condition but obviously money means more to them than their patients . What can someone do if they can’t organize for someone to leave a message on their answering machine.
Do doctors really care about people’s health or is it just a money making concern !!!
Disgusting!!

Doctors are amazing- very reasonably priced for the area considering at my last GP I paid over $100 for a standard consult.
I am glad I moved to Racecourse Village. Nothing but a positive experience.

Reception very friendly and helpful and return your medicare rebate on the machine after the appointment.

Doctor Ciara is empathetic, remembered me well and helped me with many issues. Only had 1 x appointment with Dr Karin but was also helpful in my self discovery after hormonal birth control.

Same day booking as a new patient. The Reception staff. Peta and the new receptionist she was training were extremely professional and helpful even through they were having some system issues on the day of my appointment. Nothing was ever too much for them. My GP (Dr Mape) was amazing. Highly recommend.
