I was hoping you could approach this matter in a collaborative way.First, while I recall being informed about the treatment's progressiveness, there was no clear discussion about the exact number of sessions required or the necessity of follow-up top-ups. I would have appreciated more transparency about what was needed for optimal results, especially considering my investment of time and resources.
Regarding the number of sessions, I understand the importance of top-up treatments. However, even if I had received the additional two top-up sessions, I truly believe they would not have made a difference, as I am still experiencing significant hair growth. The level of regrowth I’m seeing suggests that the IPL treatment did not have the expected effect, despite completing six sessions.

I had the Lift & Sculpt 3D Facial Ritual - 60mins treatment, therapist was Bonnie. Was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend.
Easy parking & plenty of parking.
Nice little selection of gifts or a treat for yourself, on offer, as well. Well worth supporting local.

It was my first time at the Facial Hub and would highly recommend it. Harmony was great! She really took time to explain everything as it was also my first time having skin needling. She was very helpful throughout the appointment and gave loads of information on what to expect before and after 😄

I recently completed 9 sessions of IPL hair removal at this salon, and unfortunately, I’m really disappointed with the results. While the staff were friendly and professional throughout the process, I didn’t experience the hair removal effectiveness I was hoping for. After all the sessions, the hair is growing back—if anything, it seems to be growing in even more areas than before. Given the significant investment of both time and money, I expected better results.

It’s frustrating because I had high hopes for this treatment, but it didn’t live up to my expectations. I understand that IPL works better for certain hair and skin types, but I would have appreciated more transparency around what I could realistically expect.

Love the new salon - it’s clean and well presented! I usually go for more of a “performance” facial, but now that I’ve had the signature ritual I’m having a hard time booking anything else because it’s just so relaxing and wonderful. Oli is a dream beauty therapist and I can’t recommend her highly enough.

What a gorgeous new salon this is, and in a prime new complex!! ! My experience at the Facial Hub was AMAZING!
From the time I arrived to loads of free on site parking to a very kind welcome from all team! I was greeted by Sevine, Alicia, and Harmony all such lovely, lovely ladies!
My needling treatment was performed by Alicia, she was so professional and knowledgeable, explained the service thoroughly and made me feel at ease and comfortable through out.
I am so happy with my treatment and the service I received from The Facial Hub today!!
