The best decision I have ever made. Evercare has made my health journey much easier and less stressful. Dr Kate Lawrence was absolutely amazing from my first appointment and has been nothing but super helpful, thoughtful and caring in regards to my health issues and its only been two appointments, but i feel like I've found the perfect clinic and Dr to help with my ongoing health issues. Highly recommended.

After years of searching for an experienced and accomplished doctor, I was loosing hope. Evercare popped up in a google search and proved to be much more than just the answer. Dr Ian Walsh is by far the first Doctor who has gone above and beyond all my expectations and coupled with an admin and support staff that really care, I couldn’t be happier. I’m 50 now so age and health issues are creeping in but Ian Walsh and his crew make it all so easy. Thanks guys! 5 stars is not enough!

Finally. I am very enthusiastic about this concept, and grateful it’s been brought to our neighbourhood. I think traditional medical practices as they currently operate have very little accountability when it comes to billing practices. They charge what they want, when they want, and frankly, I think it is getting out of hand. Last time, my eyes welled with tears at a local medical practice because I was charged $50 out of pocket for a 3 minute conversation after being told I was “too quick” since all my results weren’t back yet (despite the practice texting me!).

So, I’m very enthusiastic about Evercare filling a gap in the market. No more paying excessively out of pocket for multiple sessions that should simply be included as part of comprehensive and adequate medical care in a country like Australia.

I appreciate it’s not for everyone ~ there are people that need complete bulk billing and a subscription may be unaffordable to them. We do need complete bulk billing practices too. But I think there is simply a spectrum of people to accomodate. And Evercare fits somewhere on that spectrum. I also hope that it will also provide enough competition for the growing (unethical) billing practices of many traditional medical centres, perhaps encourage them to think twice about charging for result appointments, follow ups etc.

That aside, I have been so pleased with the facilities at Clayfield Evercare, the care I’ve received so far, the availability of doctors and the variety of GPs available.
