Love my experience with Artisan Aesthetic Clinics! I had the Pigment and Pores package. So far it's amazing! My pores have reduced, my skin feels softer and my pigment is fading! What started as a great treatment plan has turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. Since the closure of Gasworks, my treatment plan was transferred to the Racecourse Road location, and with it came an unexpected price hike—from $200 to $350 per session for laser genesis.

Upon questioning the invoice, I was informed that my charges had been incorrect all along, despite receiving full Laser Genesis treatments for the past five sessions at$200 per session. The internal records, and after treatment emails simply don’t align, and apparently, I have been unknowingly undercharged - until now.

Transparency is non-negotiable when it comes to these types of services, yet this experience has demonstrated a lack of consistency and clarity in pricing. A business is either one price or it isn’t, and the ACCC is clear on misleading pricing practices.

Unfortunately, this lack of transparency has left a sour taste, and will be seeking treatment elsewhere.
