We had a wonderful experience at the center. Scheduling an appointment was easy and hassle-free. Dr. Matt Mousavifard was exceptional—he is not only highly skilled and accurate but also very empathetic. He took the time to listen carefully, which is one of the most important qualities a doctor can have. I’m extremely happy with the care we received and would highly recommend both the center and Dr. Matt without hesitation!

This clinic is a gem to find. Open LONG HOURS and on weekends. Super easy to book an appointment but they don’t bulk bill so be aware that there will be an out of pocket fee. They do however process the Medicare rebate for you and their admin team were friendly and efficient.

I am impressed with Dr. Seyed Mousavifard. He would be one of the most approachable and pleasant doctors that I’ve met in Brisbane in 15+ years. He is very attentive and has a great bedside manner. I found him to be positive, kind and diligent.

We were very happy with our experience at SmartClinics Chermside. It was great to be able to book an appointment at short notice on a Saturday afternoon. We could do all the paperwork on via a link before we arrived. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The doctor was very lovely and assisted us with our concerns.

We are unhappy about the responses from the clinic after my dad’s consultation with one of the doctors with second language skills. To claim health insurance back, the insurance company asked for a consultation report from the GP. Instead of providing the report, this GP asked us to book in another consultation for us to seat with her and write the report, which will cost us another $130. My dad is a retired overseas pensioner who doesn’t earn an income here and pays for overseas health cover to see a GP. I explained the situation, however this GP is still asking for another appointment. I just want to ask is this ethical as a doctor whose primary duty is patient care? She showed no care and the practice didn’t do much to resolve this issue. We will never come back here again.

Terrible time management. They book you in for a particular time, when you arrive at the set time there are 3 other patients ahead of you. This happens frequently at this clinic. Advice to clinic; if you know there's a back log, then be honest about it.

I don’t usually leave reviews. But honestly, Dr Mondal was such a sweetheart. He listened to my concerns with my son, was happy, bubbly and attentive to him & I both through his entire appointment, even during the regular checks. (Ie Ears, Chest, Temperature) there wasn’t any awkward moments you usually get with other GP’s. Will definitely be recommending him to other parents with children. I felt comfortable with his care during the entire appointment. Will definitely be changing to Dr Mondal over my usual GP from now on as I felt heard, & my concerns were listened too not just brushed off.

Had to have been the worse GP visit I had in my life; the doctor lacked all inter-personal skills and was extremely snappy when asking questions. Zero patient care, I can understand what its like when you're under the pump and maybe under-staffed. But its kinda appaling to see medical representatives that honestly feel like they don't even want to be there. I mean if you hate your job so much just leave and do something else. Feels like the doctor was kinda just taking out his frustrations on the patient.
Definitely will never go there again.
