I had such a wonderful experience at Alice Street Dental. From the warm and welcoming ladies at reception to the attentive dental nurses and skilled dentists, every interaction was a pleasure. They took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire appointment. The facilities are modern and beautifully appointed. Last Tuesday 4 March I was fortunate enough to be granted an emergency appointment at this clinic - I was holidaying at Tinaburra from Cairns. I was experiencing terrible pain - Dr Joel and Assistant Ted explained that the troublesome tooth needed to come out!!! I was so nervous - going to sleep was not an option - these guys were amazing - assuring me that all would be good!!! Well it was traumatic but painless and carried out with care and compassion - I cannot speak highly enough of the attention and service at this clinic - thank you🥰

I am very impressed with the service I have received from Alice Street Dental. I have had two appointments and treatments in the past month and found all the staff members I dealt with to be polite, helpful and friendly. I was very impressed with Dr Joel. He was friendly and gentle, explained what was needed and being done, and I did not feel the needle either time (most people's fear of the dentist)!!! I was quite surprised with the cost, expecting higher, and easily claimed my private health benefit on the spot. The premises is very nice also. I would definitely recommend Alice Street Dental to others.

Amazing to find such a high tech and super professional dental clinic all the way here in rural Queensland. The dentists and staff are top class and it’s the first clinic I’ve been to where I could completely relax. I also experienced the least amount of discomfort I’ve ever experienced whilst having dental work done, ever. Shout out to Dr. Lee who handles most of my visits, she’s excellent.

I can't thank Alice St Dental enough for the outstanding care I received yesterday, 30/10/2024. I had an urgent dental issue, and not only did they make time for me on such short notice, but Dr Molly also gave me the best possible treatment.
The result is not only functional but also beautiful—I honestly didn’t expect to feel this confident about my smile again! Every member of the team, from the reception to Dr Molly and the nurse, was welcoming and professional, making a stressful situation as smooth and reassuring as possible. I am a big sook when it comes to visiting dentists due to past traumatic exams in my youth but the team made me feel calm and relaxed. I received a gift for my first visit which was so unexpected. First time going to Alice Street Dental and I could not suggest them more. Firstly a beautiful clean building and greeted with smiles all round. I had recently chipped my front tooth and they were able to fit me in within a few days of that happening. My Dr was amazing she did a fantastic job and I can smile confidently again. Everything was seamless, I will be going back for my follow up dental treatment.
