So far, not that impressed. I told them i had limited time and only a 1 week holiday and could my study be done within the next 2 weeks. Was told no probs, 3 days for medicare approval and they would call with an appt immediately after that. I have had to contact them 4 times so far, just to get a sleep appt, despite the fact i gave my details and asked them to contact me if they had difficulties. It will be 2 weeks since the referral before the study is enen booked in. If it goes better from here, i will up the stars, if it goes down, i will drop them.

Wasn't fitted properly with a mask now they want me to buy a new one and head gear as I stretched it by trying to stop my mask from leaking not very good service when it was their fault. So spent all that money for a machine and mask etc I can't use.
