Do not send your family here! They have zero care factor and you are only another number to them. My grandma had the worst care while she was there for 4 months before passing. She ended up passing away from a clot in her foot, which took almost 3 days for the staff to respond too. When she complained of pain in her foot, they said she was just upset about her family leaving and wasn’t actually in pain. Meanwhile she had no blood flow to her foot and it was slowly and painfully dying. Eventually they called an ambulance in the middle of the night. They also sent the hospital medical documents and information for another lady, instead of hers. Prior to this, the response for cleaning her up and getting her ready for bed would be delayed by hours and she would be left with burning on her behind skin and trying to sleep sitting up. The way they spoke to her was appalling! I met one nice worker who seemed to care, the rest had no care factor! When we went in to collect her things after she passed away in the hospital, we told the staff upon entry that she had passed away and she literally replied with “oh ok”. We were in the process of moving her before she passed.. do your loved ones a favour and don’t send them here in the first place!!
