Dr Steve Truong is a very caring and diligent Rheumatologist. Once a diagnosis was made, he thoroughly explained the risks & benefits of the medication options available to me.
I’ve taken a star ⭐️ off because it’s always a battle to get in contact with the office. Initially, I thought I had the wrong number, it just rang out. At least they have a message now telling you to hold on ..& on!

Like many others prior in years of pain and years of being told its all in your mind - mental health. Take this psychotic take that course with psychologist. Really doctors please don’t dismiss the causes of pain is not just emotional but can be actually physical.

Dr Sarina Kemp actually believed me and took action to investigate with the correct imaging to discover there was alot of reasons why I had pain and no amount of mindfulness would help in these areas.

Not to say mindfulness is a waste of time but really guys how much festering does it take to get a splinter out. 🙄

I have seen multiple specialist over the past decade with chronic pain. No answers and often dismissed my pain and symptoms. Dr Nichols was the first specialist who actually listened intently, advised what it thought it could be & organised the tests and he was right on the money! Now I’m am receiving the correct treatment,. It’s so refreshing to finally have an answer and have recognition

Its been over 2 months since my visit. 5 phone calls and 3 emails without any response as to why my prescription hasnt been renewed. A practice that takes your money byt the admin have zero care factor and don't let you through to any doctors.

Highly recommend Dr Steve Truong. He is very caring and takes the time to explain alternative measures to treat on going concerns. I am very happy with his service and his polite and caring manner.. However reception staff do not meet the expectation of attending such a good doctor. Left waiting for an appointment even after I checked in. If I hadn't asked after waiting for over a half an hour, Dr Truong would have never known I had been there. Very disappointing and an upsetting way to go into a consultation. 'Sorry about that;' was the response from the receptionist after saying she forgot to enter me as in attendance. Dr Truong is worth a visit for sure.

I am beyond frustrated with Dr Chris Mack and will be discontinuing my card with him. Rude, gruff, and doesn’t communicate test results or prescription updates. Constantly feel like I have to follow up with their office, who can barely reach him as he has been in Melbourne for an extended period and not even on the Sunshine Coast anymore…? I feel like I am working with a phantom Doctor who has no interest in his patients.
Cannot wait to receive my prescription refill, which I’ve been following up on for over two months, and find another clinic. I have low needs, these interactions shouldn’t have to be so challenging.

I found Coast Joint Care to have friendly reception staff who are proactive, parking is right out the front and it was easy to find using a GPS.

I highly recommend Dr Kemp.
Professional, empathetic and a good thinker.
