If I could give more than 5 stars I would. It was my first time coming to this clinic this morning and I felt so welcomed when I arrived by the receptionist with the blonde hair.. Jennifer's massage treatment was something else, I have never come across such a nice SOUL. She is great at what she does and has relieved so much of my body tension. Can't thank her enough. I will be back and make people aware of this place!! 🩷👏🏻

I have been seeing Dr Ellen ApThomas for over 5 years. She has helped me improve my health dramatically and assisted in my well being whilst I was receiving treatment for breast cancer. I have also recently been seeing Peter Carter (Osteopath) who has helped me after a foot injury threw my posture out and has caused me some grief - Peter really knows what he is doing. He also dedicates the whole appointment to you personally which was not my experience in the past with other similar practitioners. The reception staff are also amazing - they are so helpful and efficient and always remember my name. I always feel very welcome when I walk in the door.

I have been seeing Peter Carter osteo after a recommendation from a work colleague. He is amazing in that he not only fixes your ailments but also diagnoses other issues. I had never told him I had reflux issues but he picked up on it and has definitely relieved this symptom as well. I have suffered from shoulder pain for years and Peter has fixed that as well.

When did it become ok to give an appointment away to someone else just because I didn’t confirm? How is it ok to notify me about it a few hours beforehand? If someone didn’t charge me a deposit during the time of booking - that’s not my fault. Bring it up with your staff why they didn’t charge me a deposit when I rang. YOU CANT JUST GIVE MY APPOINTMENT AWAY! I have recommended John to so many of my friends, that brought so much business to your practice and I am furious that this is how I get to be treated in return! I find it highly unprofessional considering I always ring to reschedule if need to be and always on time for all of my appointments. Couldn’t reach me by phone? Then send a text or an email like everyone else these days. You obviously knew I am an existing patient since you even bothered to call my husband. So treating me like a new and unreliable person off the street is totally uncalled for since you obviously could see from my history how dedicated I am to my appointments. I can’t always pick up my phone as I am a busy mum. Especially since my son has been unwell and I have been trying to juggle a few things around today so that we make an appointment that has been given away!! Appalling service!!

No happy with the service.. I was going to see one of the GP for about 2 years try to fix my problems with weight, Thyroid, my gut and other problems and I feel that the problems never when away. Keep taking all the medications and paying so much fees around $3000 if not more and i did not feel any change in my body. I got pregnant and I felt that I was left on a limbo.

I have a very bad ongoing back problem. Sometimes it gets so bad I can't even stand. After suffering for months from one of these episodes and getting very little relief from visiting the local physio 4 times a week (in fairness to him there was slight improvement) and nothing from the local Ciro. I hobbled in here in great pain, barely able to even sit and walked out upright. Not with no pain, but from one session a significant improvement which improved further over the next week. By the second session I was better than ever been, by the third better than I have been in 15 years. I continue to come at random as needed. A big thank you and recommendation from me

My husband and i have been seeing Dr Elen ApThomas for about 10 years. We see her 3 to 4 times a year generally. During that time we have received exceptional, and life changing, advice and care. Highly recommend.

I went to see Dr Ellen ApThomas after I had a rash on my face and I was very low in energy. I had seen other doctors who's solutions had failed to help the problem. The rash has now gone and my general health is excellent.
