Took my 3yr old grandson at 9am this Saturday morning 26/10/24 to this terrible medical centre, I had never been there before but was my closest one. He woke up with an allergic reaction to one side of his face fully swollen and unable to open his eye, the male receptionist was too busy on the phone to even make eye contact with me, he eventually hung up the phone and looked at us seeing how bad my grandson looked and simply said its a short day and we only accept appointments. And kept saying it is a short day today we close early. This was an emergency my grandson could have been having an anaphylactic episode but this male Receptionist was too lazy to do any new patient paper work and did not allow us to see the doctor. I am appalled and horrified. I was in distress and this worker did not give a damn. He didn't even offer to call an ambulance. I hope this person is fired. I will see to that. And I will be taking this further and contacting the Senior Doctors in there. There was only 1 male patient waiting in the waiting room at the time. It was 9am. He should've called the doctor out immediately to see my grandson. These people that work in medical centres should be trained to triage patients and know how to prioritise. I will never step foot in their again and from all the reviews I've read I'm not alone. This place needs to shut down immediately. Doctors of this medical centre you need to read all the people's reviews about your practise.

The worst GPs in the history of doctors. Had a hairline fracture in my ankle n got sent for an ultrasound then told theres nothing wrong. Was in pain for 2 months, got looked at by 2 doctors by the way, the 2nd doctor said i dont need an xray. We later figured out that doctor has xray vision in her glasses. Had a skin condition, the cause was from my kidney and liver not functioning properly which i told the dr, but got brushed away with a silly cream that didnt even work. Went 3 times over 2 months for the same reason. Went saw a chinese herbalist who got rid of it in less than a month NATURALLY. Make sure u dont complain or they will threaten to call the police cause they dont accept negative criticism, most likely to hide the fact they dont know what the fuk theyre doing... not to mention the ridiculous waiting times had an appointment at 11:40 waited until 12:30 just to let in someone else who rocked up 15 mins after me btw. Avoid at all costs u will come out worse physically and mentally!

I have Call this medical center twice each time I was on hold and then the ph hangs up on me.

Mind you I have never visited this medical center before.

definitely won’t be booking here.

Not professional and reading the other reviews on google about this center is a big concern!

We made an appointment to see a GP. After a short wait, we saw Dr Issa Khalil. My disappointment arose from Dr Khalil insulting my wife! When my wife was explaining her symptoms' and diagnosis, he promptly disagreed with her self-diagnosis and aggressively insulted her with "are you a doctor?" I tried to explain that we had recently visited another doctor and those were their diagnoses. It was supposed to be a double appointment, but that never happened as I left the Center with nothing but our Medicare cards scanned.

I.E HE STILL GETS PAID WHILE INSULTING YOUR WIFE!

I will never return to this unprofessional, non-caring and insulting medical Center, you have been warned.

I called up to see a doctor they said they cannot take patients this medical centre is terrible would not recommend anyone. Bad Service when a patient requires medical attention. Move on to a medical centre who can look after patients

This medical centre has the worst doctors, non caring, rude, aggressive, impatient and think they are superior above all. I saw Doctor Issa today and was insulted in every way, he was so rude and kept talking down on me like I was an uneducated person or a child who knows nothing about themselves. If there was such a thing as worst doctor of the year, Dr Issa will have a vote!!
I am so sorry for this medical centre to have employed such a bad doctor.

Avoid this place at all costs, the doctors do not care whatsoever. Went there for bleeding during early pregnancy and got told it’s a definite miscarriage and to go home and ride it out, told me I didn’t need a blood test or ultrasound. Rushed me in and out in 2 minutes max. My ‘miscarriage’ is now a perfectly healthy baby that I had to go to a different doctor for, and actually obtain referrals for testing.
