Dr Marcel has been our family doctor for several years, we first consulted with him when he was in Collingwood and as soon as we found out he changed clinics so did our family.
We absolutely love him as our doctor and recommend him to everyone we know.
People are complaining about the fee that it's been implemented but what they don't understand is you pay once every 6 months also you get a rebate back so its not fully $80.
Even if it was the full amount I would gladly pay.
Just so everyone know most medical clinics are implementing a fee.

Doctors and medical staff are amazing however the receptionist have no respect/kindness/ customer service- they are extremely rude, dont know how to smile or talk to anyone! Makes the whole experience awful. They make you feel like an inconvenience. Not sure how the Asian looking girl has a job. She is awful. Not just towards myself but I’ve also seen this treatment with everyone!!! Definitely need to hire people better at their job who know basic respect and manners

This practice has gone from good to bad to the worst of the worst.
During the pandemic when state mandates required masking in medical facilities, that a receptionist and nurse here were seen here unmasked (whist insisting patients follow masking requirements) was bad and showed lack of respect for patients and put people like my wife, who is immune impaired at risk. Recently, after not attending the clinic for some time, my wife had need to for a straight-forward matter. To book the appointment, I had to deal with a horribly rude and snarky receptionist called Lesley. After the appointment, my wife was hit with a $80 cost (without being told by the receptionist before hand that this would apply). And my wife is has a pension card. Zero compassion. Poor standards and attitude. Worst of the worst.
