Wait times are pretty extreme, expect 2+ hours rather than the 1 hour they’ll tell you it’ll take. Staff are friendly and understanding. Definitely need to work on time management, there were 20+ appointment times when I booked. They clearly do not have the capacity for this. At least they provide crackers and water though, lol.

Must work on time management and scheduling. Booked long in advance yet still ended up waiting over two hours for a short and simple appointment. Complete waste of my time with no acknowledgment.

Waited two hours to be seen. The guy waiting there before me had been there since 8am. They only had one staff member on. I don’t understand the reasoning for this. I felt really bad for the poor receptionist.

I have to say that I'm pleasantly surprised, especially after seeing all the negative reviews earlier on. It is possible that they have improved the service and process. I went for my visa medical exam today, and not only were the receptionists very friendly, but all the medical personnel were exemplary. The whole process was quite streamlined, with different sections of the medical exam done by different personnel and the waiting time was tolerable. I went there ready for the long haul, but came out in a little bit less than 1.5 hours.

Absolutely ridiculous.
Why bother overbooking, if you cant handle the patient inflow?
Why scheduling for a time, if you cant manage the patients.

Suggestion- Try prioritizing patients according to their need. Be as realistic as possible to the patient. Respect the time of patient. DONT OVERBOOK IF YOU GUYS CANT HANDLE THAT MANY NUMBER OF PATIENTS.

Waiting for almost 2 hrs now with few people on queue. People came after me already left. and me waiting outside, yet to go in..

Had to review how files are marked and moved across different section of medical examination. Me and my partner had an appointment at 8am, checked in around 8 and was the second person for medical examination,but our file had a check in time of 8.30 and 8.34 respectively because of someone staff fault. Lots of people checked in after us left, but we were there waiting for our turn, which took us more then 2.5 hours.
Definitely would suggest , for better filing or token system so no one had to wait forever because of some one fault.
