Turned up, checked-in using the app and waited 40 minutes. Asked the receptionist when I would be seen to be told the doctor wasn’t in today, another doctor could see me in 10-15 minutes. Don’t bother checking in with HotDoc at this location, they clearly don’t know how to use it properly. This is just the latest of a lot of average experiences at this medical centre, I only return due to good last minute availability.

First time back at Horizon for quite some time and I must say I was pretty impressed. I called and got in straight away. The Dr was lovely and the receptionist was AMAZING! She had call after call, after call coming in, patients walking in non stop and was just calm, collected and super friendly the whole time. She deserves a pay rise! 😊

Not professional at all . They wasted my time I booked my appointment twice . First the doctor Dr . Rekha didn’t mention the correct strength in the prescription and the pharmacy has to call so many times to confirm . And second time they booked me again and refused to do the treatment because they don’t have that device . If you were not sure then why did you book me in . Never going back to them again .

We were able to get through within minutes as a walk in appointment on a Saturday morning. The Dr was excellent. Very attentive and knowledgeable. Nursing staff are professional and compassionate. Highly recommend

50 minute wait for a 18 month old baby !
I understand doctors can get behind, but why am I not informed of this upon check in ?
I asked to see another doctor at the 35 min mark but that wasn't an option apparently.
Dr was okay, but not apologetic. 50 minute wait for a 4 min appointment. Not worth it.

Had a vaccination booking online. When I walked in they said I had no appointment booked in and when showing them the confirmation they said I always need to call for vaccination and not just book online. Then proceeded to say vaccinations are not available in the clinic.
