The receptionist and the person assessing me (Alicia?) were both very friendly and professional. I was booked for ~1.5 hrs but finished in 45 minutes.

However, the automated phone teleprompter phone service needs work (i.e. I wasn't able to call as they weren't open after going through all the menus).

Paid street parking available, or free parking around the nearby streets or businesses. City Glider bus stop right out front if you're based in the city

Have never dealt with a more incompetent company in regards to customer service and scheduling appointments for a QLD coal board medical. The process to get results, feedback and appointments has been so painful with them trying to cancel medicals, making it difficult and weeks to book a medical then not giving accurate information about what needs to be done and then. If you’re an employer or candidate I wouldn’t recommend this company ever. Sonic health who’ve conducted my previous medical has been much more efficient.

Never experienced a more incompetent organisation. Filled out required pre information, got a confirmation email for a booked appointment. When you show up they then make you feel like you’re a liar when you show them that yes you have done your assessment/questionnaire and have booked in but they have no record of you. No apology given for a massive stuff around.

I have had nothing but disappointing experiences with Jobfit at all locations. I was using Jobfit for services such as CBM’s and other medicals for candidates and continuously had issues with the resulting and customer service. I would follow up with emails and phone calls when results still had not been received 3 weeks after appointments and they would not help over the phone, nor would they respond to any emails. Jobfit are extremely unprofessional and have no compassion for the industry and candidates requiring these medicals for employment. I would not recommend using their services as you will wait a MINIMUM of 3 weeks for results to be returned and no communication regarding any updates. Longest wait for us has been up to 2 months and the medical components they had completed were incorrect, so now we have to go through the process again with another provider. I do not recommend their services.
