Cannot recommend Laurens treatment enough! Whilst training for a running event I started experiencing a lot of pain through my calves/achilles which meant I was no longer able to train. I’ve had a few treatments with Lauren at Wave Wellness now and she’s amazing! I’m a former Olympic Swimmer and have a hip and shoulder injury I’ve been dealing with. She knows her stuff and is the best acupuncturist I’ve been to, as she explains the issue and how to treat it and also how to manage it/ prevent it for future. I also now go for facial acupuncture as she offers a natural alternative to Botox. Massively reduced my forehead wrinkles after the first session! So cool and can’t wait to see my results after more.
