My youngest daughter (12) fell unwell so we had to request to change our previously booked appointment to a telephone consult. Dr Amy Hanafy was very accommodating and amazing! She was extremely calm, caring and supportive and I'll absolutely be booking in of our future appointments with her for both of my daughters. She is 10/10.

All the staff are friendly and very helpful in making appointments and patient care. All the doctors are excellent, especially Dr Frances Loo who is my Doctor and has been our family doctor for years. We all feel so lucky to have her care for us, in a genuine and professional way. I have never had to wait long for my appointments, as a working woman this is a great feature of the practice. I can recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for grade A treatment.
