Review left for Dr Mandi Dalsania, on behalf of a veteran trying to do DVA claims.

Dr Mandi continuously delayed a veterans paperwork for NINE MONTHS, refusing to go over the paperwork with the veteran on more than a dozen individual visits.

The veteran explained on multiple occasions that this was simple paperwork for a diagnosis so that DVA would pay for a specialist and ongoing medication.

Dr Mandi’s continued failure to give a resolution to the veterans paperwork has cost the veteran financially and emotionally.

Middle Park Medical Centre should review this complaint, and if they could respond to the review offering to speak to me I will happily speak to management.

I have seen all of the doctors in this practice, they have been completely lovely. I see a few reviews here that are down on Dr. Gunasena- I adore her. I normally see her for all of my health needs, I enjoy that she's matter of fact and quick to the point, she has taken every concern I have had for my own health seriously and dealt with it quickly, professionally and I cannot commend her highly enough for that. I do not like going to the Dr in general, and I cannot count how many other GPs I've seen who were supremely dismissive of womens health. Dr Gunasena, if you're reading this, you're a gem. I don't like being coddled personally so I find her absolutely ideal. I see Dr Dalsania for my children, they adore her. We spent a solid 5 months trying to find a gp that my daughter would trust after we moved to the local area. Saw every private GP within a 10 km radius and Dr. Dalsania is the only one she trusts to touch her. Dr Young I've only seen a couple of times, she's completely lovely too.

The receptionists are always kind and proffessional and the nurse that works here is just the most beautiful soul, I always forget to ask her name, but truly, she's just too good for this world. I've never felt so welcome or well cared for despite hauling in my 4 rag tag kids with the twins doing their best impression of banshees. Thank you so much for everything.

We’ve been attending Middle park Medical centre for nearly 15 years. Dr. Gunasena was there with us through out. She has never failed us and quite competent with all the diagnosis. Couldn’t be happier to live close by and receive her treatment and care.

We have been seeing Dr Gunasena for several years now, and she is simply fantastic. She is exceptionally caring towards her patients and her approach to treating young children is simply spectacular. She has always been great at following up on things like tests results and specialist appointments. I highly recommend Dr Gunasena!

The practice is professional and there are good GPs there, but wait times are frustrating and not time efficient. It would be good if they can be realistic and account for the additional time needed per patient in their schedule so we aren't waiting for over an hour. They haven't improved this in the 10 years I have been coming here so I hope this changes.

A lot of the negative reviews on here seem to be directed towards a Dr. Gunasena, who I have never seen before.

However, Dr. Jennifer Young has always been a wonderful doctor, and is someone that I would highly recommend.

It's unfortunate to me that one doctor can drag the ratings on this clinic down to this extent, and I don't think it in any way reflects the attitudes and skills of the doctors in this clinic.

All 3 doctors are great. They have a good understanding of the emotional and medical needs of the patients. After many years this medical practice has been great, but of late we can NOT get an appointment.. we have 6 people in our family one of which has SVT that has been dormant for years has now come back and the school needs a letter from the GPs outlining what they can do, but after many attempts to get appointments the last time we asked ( yesterday) we were told to go another practice , Not happy. Yet I went down to have a look at the waiting room and it was EMPTY. What is going on.... are they going to close down. I need to get an answer....

Was very happy with the service today. Was put on a wait list and fitted I within the hour. Staff were attentive and my Dr was quick to diagnose the issue. Wait time was a little over but ok considering my last visit at a different practice had a two hour wait.
