Always a great experience with Dr Robert Heron at Ashmore City Medical but today was exceptional. I had a minor procedure and Dr Heron and his nurse Jo made the experience a positive one. I wasn’t rushed, they both ensured I was as comfortable as possible and as a nurse myself I was so impressed with the care provided.
Dr Heron’s knowledge and patient care is second to none. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great doctor and practice.

Dr Belinda not only was 45 mins behind my app times, she did not want to work with me regardless of any reasons, purely because of the controlled substances I am prescribed, for many years and with alot of paperwork backup I gave been on this prescription. And she just denied and said she was not allowed too.
She IS allowed to, she just did not want too. Delegated a simple script interaction to a other Dr in the practice. DR Robert Haron. At least this man cares for clients and about his job.

I was with Dr. Peter Haran for 17 years, until he retired 😢. I'm now with Dr. Maria Belini, who I'm also very happy with. I find all staff very respectful & helpful.......Thank you all....Delree

Hi, dear medical Center in Ashmore city now I can tell what’s on my heart, Dr Heron I had all respect for you, spoke to you nicely and always I waited for you to sit down first then me. Remember one day about a month ago a was depressed as I suffer from it I told you I will kill my self, what you said to me? Go ahead it’s a free country, right then and there I lost all my feelings for you, you charge your patients $1 for a mask? That’s greediness at its highest level, don’t forget you’re making $80 out of each patient, shame on you Dr H, I missed my appointment you charged me $30 after being your client for many years, is that fair? Absolutely not, here again it shows money hunger doctors, today I came for my medication you said you can’t give it to me because, you have your reasons, but I am in the middle of a treatment which you can’t just stop the medication on, yet you gave me a letter and wished me luck finding another doctor, your staff lack kindness and empathy for your clients, your chairs are miserable full of dog hair, your manager is shuffling papers walking up and down just to show she’s working hard, any way Dr I’m totally disappointed in you and you always treated me with a cold passion, as long as the millions roll in the hell with your clients, I strongly believe in karma and I say, what goes around cones around, ohh I feel a big weight off my shoulders, I’m free, so all of you do what you do best, treat you customers like robots.
You charged me $30 for missing appointment because car failure !

This staff in this medical centre exceeded all my expectations at every step. Reception were friendly and efficient. I saw Dr Prabali Adhikari for antenatal care and advice and she was caring and thorough. I also saw a lovely nurse to dress a hot water burn and appreciated her taking the time to show me what I needed and how to change the dressing myself. Even though I spent quite a while with the doctor and nurse I was still only charged a standard appointment fee. Would recommend!

Lovely staff. Great doctors. And offer Bulk billing for particular patients too! Which is a huge help for me as a single parent. We felt so welcomed by all ☺️☺️🙏🏽🎄

Thank you to Dr Robert Haron for making my teenage sons first solo appointment with you a good experience, as we have had some doozies over the years. You really impressed him. Reception staff and podiatrist also friendly when I visited. Could become our new family practice

Love the doctor I see he is great at what he does and listens to my concerns unlike other doctors I have seen in the past. However I don’t like the fact that I got turned away because I couldn’t pay some money on a account fee from missing an appointment from weeks ago. I had already been in once that same week and always paid at each appointment. I only had to go back as I had concerns for my unborn baby and they turned me away when I said I had no money to give. So I took my business somewhere else that didn’t turn me away over $10 and I’m glad I did because their was something going on that I ended up needing treatment for if I had waited I could of lost my baby to an infection!
