I called and asked to make a booking to see a doctor for a new patient, we just moved here from nsw, the lady said the doctor don't take new patient. I don't think is right. I rather go in and request to speak the manager rather than speak the receptionist. Really disappointing.

I went in for an appointment on Monday afternoon and I waited 40 minutes for the doctor to get to me. When I called the next day about something for them to do they were disorganised and had no idea what I was talking about. Still 5 days later I don’t have what I needed from them. The practice is lazy and not professional at all.

RECEPTIONIST are the rudest people I have ever endured and I work in customer service. For a doctors surgery these people have NO empathy whatsoever no wonder the doctors are leaving !!! Now, the doctors are great they look into the problems and try to get answers for you. Do something about your receptionist’s I have 1 in mind particularly can’t believe this one is still there !!!

The Doctors are great here, especially Dr. Yolanda. She has good bedside manner and very re-assuring regarding treatment. She made me feel very comfortable and I will definitely be seeing her from now on. The girls in the reception are also very nice and always have a smile on their face. They have always tried to get us booked in soon when needed. Definitely reccomend this clinic!

After many many years of pain & distress, I decided to try out this practice.
All the other Doctors from the past were just using me as a cash cow but this practice instantly addressed my situation & created a concise care plan for me.
I am healthier then I have ever been & in absolute appreciation that I was able to return to work again.
I have now been with this practice for around 6 years now & would recommend them to everyone.

This review is only related to their procedures to access medical cannabis. Unbelievably expensive and on going costs, find an alternative!!!! They require and initial consultation fee of $200.00 which I can understand, then they want a fortnightly/monthly appointment determined by the doctor, at $80.00. This, this is why you should go elsewhere. I have been with another clinic now for 2 years, I'm a very light user, I have an appointment every four months that cost $60.00. Only reason I wanted to change, is that this clinic is close to my home, and generally if I can do something locally it is preferable. When I started, this was not offered at this location. Unless you have no other choice I would source an alternate clinic to fulfill your needs, there are many many out there that do not have such costly and in my opinion outrageous on going costs/appointment regimes.

Very disappointed, not know what abuse or threats these people like to make up knowing they know your postal address, they like to right fake letters saying your not welcome back .

Hang on 2 years I've been with this SO.... CALLED PRACTICE and reading some of there Reviews is pretty pathetic
On ... how they can cut people of on phone calls , how awkward is the male doctors there,
The lady's out desk are rude
Yes they are had Chinese chick all up herself couldn't speak English wants to know about everything you talk about this place needs to be Demolished

Went to Doctors in Manly and I got their early and was seen on time by the doctor so the appointment was timely, but what’s good just stops there.
I’m sure the other Doctors working there are great but I didn’t like the experience with Dr Feng Li. Not only would he cut me off when I tried explaining my symptoms but he would also just keep saying yes as if to brush me off and hurry everything along. He doesn’t listen to my experience with the medication and what has and hasn’t work. I was in there for less than 6 mins. Never again and would be better off trying a different doctor or practice.
