Dr was quite rude and wouldn’t answer my questions.
Spent 4 hours to complete a medical.
No communication throughout.
Disappointing experience, just what one wants on such an important employment process.

I have been here twice and my experience both times was positive. I drive over 2 hours to get to this clinic because it has better service than the other Sonic’s closer to me. It’s nerve wracking to do medicals when your job relies on it, and the staff have always treated me with patience and set my mind at ease. Thank you.

If it were possible to give zero stars then I would. MINE MEDICALS DO NOT NEED TO TAKE THIS LONG! I've had mine medicals at plenty of other places and no place drags them out like this clinic does. This clinic needs a complete overhaul of how it does things.

Bring a magazine, a fully charged phone and a lot patience because you'll be spending a long time in the waiting room. This clinic overbooks itself something shocking and has zero regard for the time of the people it sees. 2 times I've had to do a mine medical here and both times were equally painful. Think I'm lying then just read the other reviews.

This rating is mainly for the awful male physio that works at this place. I don’t remember his name otherwise I wouldn’t hesitate to add it to the review. I was being seen by him for a back injury, he was so cold, unapproachable and seemed like he didn’t want to be there. He didn’t even do a proper consultation with me, took me into the room, asked me two questions while standing - one being if I had ever had physio before, to which I replied no. He did not proceed to explain anything but instead told me to lay on the bed face down. My back injury is quite low and to the lower left side, without any warning or explanation he proceeds to pull my pants down to feel the injury. I was so taken aback about this, I would of course not have had a problem if he explained what he was doing and asked ME to lower my pants. It was an incredibly violating experience. After 20 minutes of pressing, he spends 3 minutes prescribing me exercises and that was the end of my first physio consultation and the last at this place.

Doctor dose not even go near you. Dose not listen to you and calls you a liar to your face. Can never finish a report in timely manner. All ways doctor sick or away. Practice manager is just as bad said she would take control and did noting even after a written complaint. My doctor has given them every thing asked for has spoken to them and yet they keep saying they want more info. 3 months nearly on simple medical. Do not go here if you want a job as you will miss out. No clue there doctor should not have a licence to practice.

For starters; expect to wait no less than 30 mins past your booking time, closer to 1-2hrs, I've had to wait over 2hrs before. And on every second visit my appointment " isn't in their system " despite having SMS confirmation.

Doctors seem angry when you don't use their in house physio, even after you've been given incorrect and unprofessional treatment and diagnosis from them. Being told the back pain is muscular and to need one session only to find out it needs more serious attention and is spinal.

Doctors also seem disorganised in relation to communication, treatments and paperwork even inside their own clinic.
As well as certain doctors not appearing to even be interested in treating the issue you're there for.
Don't expect explanations or your issue explained. Nor apologies.
