Lovely staff.
Very professional
The downside is parking limits.
Some operation takes 5 hours.
I wish the parking is longer.
Other than that very important highly recommended

I've updated the review. My initial experience wasn't well managed, there was a severe lack of communication. I later discovered that it was due to an unforeseeable issue and really couldn't be helped. If only they had communicated that to me earlier I wouldn't have been left so frustrated. I've left the crux of my original review for reference. However the care from the nurses and medical staff is excellent. .......................I'm left wondering whether the standard of customer service at River City private hospital is just non existent. You arrive, are treated in a very functional manner and then left waiting and waiting. No management of a customer's expectations what so ever. Very quick to take your money, very slow to provide any sort of service if any. When asked what is happening the conjecture is that the doctor might be running late. Perhaps it would be a good idea to actually find out what the hold up is and how long you might be waiting.

Bloody Fantastic Private Hospital, from reception to nursing crew are friendly, caring and helpful. And they don't mind bit of a joke :)) Having visited this hospital on many occasions to get a sharp objected inserted into my eye (needle) has been great now about to go to surgery Oct 2018 I have no concerns at all. Need to get your 1,000,000 eye blink service then this is the place to get it done. If ya lucky they may even give ya a coffee and biscuit ... :))

I recently had both cataracts removed and new lenses placed in both eyes by Dr Russell. The doctors, nurses and all staff at the hospital were so professional and helpful. I am very grateful for such outstanding service, thank you.

Had a MRI today done on my hip, here at River city Private Hospital.
I have never felt more comfortable in an mri machine! My last experience in one, I suffered a panic attack from the lack of space in the machine. Here at River city I was given a blanket, ear plugs and their earmuffs was capable of playing radio stations of your choice, the amount of space I had was also very comforting.
I almost fell asleep.
Will recommend anyone to come here if going for an MRI, staff are also super lovely ❤️❤️
