Unfortunately very bad experience. After half an hour wait for my scheduled appointment I wondered if they forgot about me. So I asked the receptionist if that's the case, then to my shocking surprise she told me my appointment is now an hour delayed because the patient before me is having some kinda procedure. Why didn't she tell me when I arrived? Or after half an hour kept me waiting, she could've let me know about this & ask if I was ok to keep waiting? I ended up waiting for another half hour ( total 1 hour) and I had to reschedule my appointment. I missed another appointment with my friend because of this & waisted an hour just sitting in the waiting room wondering what's going on
feeling anxious & hungry (it was 11:30am appointment & waited an hour). Ten minutes wait, reasonable. Half an hour, they should let us know about the delay. An hour wait, not acceptable especially without consent with a patient waiting patiently in the waiting room.

Among the front desk staff is an elderly,overweight woman whose attitude towards patient service has consistently been poor. She never uses "please" and "thanks", treating patients with coldness, especially those with cold symptoms, as if they were carriers of a contagious disease. Considering that COVID is no longer a highly controlled disease, this employee exhibits a pathological stress response and may require comprehensive retaining.

I have seen 3 doctors at this practice but have settled on Dr Ryan Duell as my GP. I have found him to be knowledgeable, respectful and helpful.

Started going to Ashgrove West as our normal GP was always full and not accommodating of urgent issues for my young kids. We have seen 3 different doctors and they have all been great. They have been great during covid times as they have a separate room downstairs and are happy to see kids with respiratory symptoms.

I've been attending this practice for just over one year now and have found it to be extremely welcoming with excellent health care. The GPs, nurses and reception staff are devoted to patient health and are extremely personable. I love that most of the staff remember me each visit and greet me as I enter. I will definitely be attending this practice for a while.

Terrible experience, I had Dr Martin who was disagreeing with my symptoms and refused to prescribe correct medication and dosage. I had severe issues because of this. Switched practices and this was dealt with swiftly. I also informed the reception of this complaint and there was no follow up or even feedback by the practice manager to a situation that cost me big $$$ let alone the appointment cost. Most unprofessional and insensitive.... not what you want in your local doctor.

Unfortunately a really terrible experience. 45 mins of waiting with my son for results. After that, I was due for a 2 hour simple procedure which was canceled without explanation an hour before.
