Dr Caleb was such a lovely doctor to consult with in Urgent Care. I'd twisted my knee after an incident on my lunch break and the pain was getting worse. I have the extremely awkward habit of laughing when something hurts but he took it all in stride (I'm so sorry!) Overall great experience.

From all the reviews of 4 and 5 stars, I unfortunately had quite a bad experience. I've been looking for a pediatrician for my son for a while now and luckily I was able to get it before the Christmas holidays start. Everything went smoothly until the day of the appointment. I went directly to the reception and advised of my sons appointment and we waited. The pediatrician came up to us and apologised because she thought the appointment was cancelled. I informed I confirmed the appointment 4 days prior and she apologised. During the appointment we were interrupted with a phone call and the pediatrician excused herself and left the room momentarily. After the appointment we went to the reception and she asked where is the referral which I responded it would be on the system where the pediatrician looked on. I went to pay and originally the reception quoted me the price before the appointment and it was much higher then she originally said. She then asked me to claim back on Medicare because the system didn't read the referral. Very poor communication and not at all satisfied with the pediatrician as I walked our having more questions then answers and advice. I hope other people will have a different experience because I will no longer go to this practice.

Both the doctors and the receptionists are all such lovely people and really go the extra mile to help you with all your healthcare needs. Plus having a pathology clinic onsite is an added bonus. Dr Mistri is such a lovely, patient and thorough GP and I am glad to be a patient at this practice!

Growlife medical have been looking after me and my family since before my children were born over 15years ago! Dr Chambers and all of his doctors have been caring and thorough with our medical care. Parking hardest part, but generally able to get one. Growlife Oxley very good at counter. My Dr very good at her profession. Feel can trust her thoroughness and judgement of the prognosis and treatment offered.
