So far, the experience has been wonderful. The nurse i spoke to for the first call was professional and non judgmental, i felt at ease answering her questions and that my answers did not cause her to judge me in any negative manner. I have yet to go though the rest of the process so I'm nervous to see how that goes but if the nurse's professionalism is indicative of the rest of their business then i have positive feelings towards a positive outcome to resolve my issues.

5 star rating for the nurses and Dr Eldridge. Every nurse I have dealt with there has been friendly, helpful and professional. Although it has taken two phone consults two different doctors, Dr Kristian Eldridge has formulated a comprehensive treatment plan, consulted with my other treating physicians and followed through in his own time. Highly recommend this clinic, Dr Eldridge- well done and thank you for your hard work and compassion.

Extremely dissatisfied. The only thing that mattered to them was the plastic card. Billed for a consultation that never happened because they kept telling me I hadnt paid (I had), and dealing with this and a doctor running late on phone calls.
Recently they contacted me after a few years to say my medication had expired and I needed another appointment! I'd seen them once and never got any medication from them. However their information about my needing a new script was correct. wtf is going on?

Updating my original review.
I'd give Cannihelp 5 stars as overall the service has been pretty good however....I've never had the same doctor twice. This is why 4 stars not 5. I've requested to see the same doctor everytime I've made an appointment and assured I'd get my initial doctor again. Everytime I get my appointment time and doctor changed. I feel having a different doctor everytime makes my treatment not as good as it could be.
My medication does arrive quick though and the nurses are great to deal with.
Cost wise they are great having no appointment fees.
