When a Dr says that if you end up homeless in a car that it won’t change their life it’s a sad day !

Sure the staff are nice the practice looks great but but BUT if your paying because you think you matter …. Definitely go elsewhere

They promote support for services they don’t support …. It’s a front and just a in and out Dr services also the practice manager has no consideration for patients or disabilities

At Karalee it seems HEALTH DONT MATTER

Im absolutely devastated. My 22-month-old son was recently misdiagnosed with an ear infection at. He was sent home with antibiotics, but his condition only worsened. The next day, we rushed him to St Andrews Hospital, where they tested and correctly diagnosed him with RSV.
I've been going through the reviews and found another parent who had a similar experience with their child at this practice(misdiagnosis). It's really concerning that this seems to be a recurring issue.
I'm actively looking for a new GP who can provide the level of care my child deserves. I'm not confident that this practice is the right fit for young children.

Really great GP. Yes, there is a long wait and you may have to pay fees. However, it is not the fault of the practice that the government refuses to fund medicare better for all Australians to have accessible and affordable care. They are doing great under the circumstances; Send the Health Minister, Mark Butler your concerns.

I have been a patient of Dr Kate for almost 10 years, she provides great holistic and person-centred care. I have a lot of trust in her; worth the wait for the care provided.

I have the ease and convenience of living very close to HMK and I am very thankful that I do! It’s difficult to find a GP and practice that remember why they had made a decision to become a doctor or specialist. I can honestly say that the GP’s who I have had appointments with are very down to earth, knowledgeable, easy to get along hey care for other people. The practice is always clean & tidy administration staff are friendly & accommodating. I struggle sometimes with coordination a large families medical appointments but the team here are always amazingly helpful and organised to help me out! The doctors are approachable and they have always been on time which is soo important

I have been coming here for a few years seeing a doctor and I can’t thank him enough helping me with all areas of my health. I know whenever I see him he will listen to me and take my thoughts into consideration. I never feel rushed in my consultations and he is the person I go back to discuss further and process when me specialist have created a treatment plan as he explains things further in terms I can understanding and makes me comfortable with what the specialist are planning on doing. He is not a doctor to just give you a random script he will explore other treatment options and run further tests to find the cause. A few months ago I was in extreme discomfort and he rang the radiologist to book an appointment and followed up with telephone call a a few hours later with the results which was lovely especially when anxiety is running high of different possibilities

The reception ladies, are such lovely professional people and I know at times when the phone is ringing they still take the time to make sure I have all I need.

I recently needed the nurse multiple times for a wound, every time they were gentle and really caring. They always followed the necessary hygiene requirements which is reassuring when you are concerned of getting an infection. They also each time were gentle and made sure I wasn’t in pain. As someone who is allergic to adhesives they asked how I went with previous dressings and used a dressing that was best suited for my needs. Aside from the wound she also asked how I was managing at home to make sure I had support.

In all aspects of Health Matters Karalee I cannot fault the treatment I have received. If I could do more stars I would.

Arrived 20 mins early only to have the incompetent staff fail to check us in. Then the patient that was booked after our appointment was seen before we were due to not being checked in. Waited over an hour before the dr saw us. Do not recommend this practice unless you are happy waiting in their waiting room for 40 mins before they realise their mistake and actually do their job and check you in.

Always running ridiculously late, don’t trust the receptionist if you can actually get someone to actually answer the phone they will tell you the doctor is on time.
Then over an hour after your booking time you will still be sitting in the waiting room.

If you ever manage to see a doctor you will then get overcharged for the privilege of wasting your day.
