My family and I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Vishal and Dr. Vaishali, and we couldn’t be more impressed with their care. They are both incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. They took the time to patiently answer all of our questions and never once made us feel rushed, something we’ve unfortunately experienced with other doctors in the past. Their approach to patient care is truly exceptional, and it’s clear they prioritize their patients’ well-being. We highly recommend their practice to anyone looking for top-notch medical care!

Could get appointment if I came back in 2 hours. Amazing service. Apologies from staff about need to close practice as short staffed. Saw a very competent doctor who was very thorough and sorted my issues and gave me referrals for skin check and knee issues. Extremely grateful and happy.

My experience with Westside GP Superclinic has been incredibly disappointing. On my first visit, I was charged over $100 simply because I displayed hay fever symptoms (blocked sinuses) that were mistakenly categorized as COVID-related, even though I provided a negative COVID test. This felt excessive and unreasonable given that the pandemic restrictions were well behind us.

Despite this, I returned because I was desperately unwell and needed medical attention. Unfortunately, during my second visit, the doctor confronted me about a prior 1-star review I left, questioning why I would return if I deemed the service poor. While I tried to explain that the high cost and lack of understanding warranted the rating, I was bluntly told to "find another doctor."

This lack of professionalism and compassion is unacceptable, especially when patients are at their most vulnerable. People seek medical care because they need it, not because they enjoy the experience. If you're looking for a clinic with understanding staff and reasonable costs, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

As first time visitor—thankful for Saturday appointments. Booked in for 1pm using Hot Doc app at 3am same morning. Dr Vaishali Meta was very thorough, compassionate and helpful. Loaded me up with all the things to help treat my winter blues while waiting for results of swabs.

I was so impressed by the enormity of the clinic, which is surprisingly deceptive from storefront. Very new filled with lots of treatment rooms and ability to see to all forms of medical assessment and being able to book with flu symptoms! Too many other clinics prevent you from booking when you truthfully answer yes to… have you had a sore throat, cough, fever in last 7 days… why do you think I’m making an appointment!!&@n!!

I have been looking for an affordable mixed billing practice since moving to Jindalee. Looking forward to making Dr Meta my new GP.

From booking to welcome by receptionist, to consult and payment can’t fault it! Well done 🙂

Just moved to Brisbane and visited this clinic as it’s in the neighbourhood.
Interiors are lovely, bright and spacious.
I had my consultation with Dr Piyush. He was very warm and friendly. Very efficient and I look forward to any future appointments knowing I’m in good hands.
Receptionist (unfortunately didn’t get her name) was really very lovely to deal with. She took the time to answer all my questions and guide me along with everything.

So convenient the chemist being attached. I was able to fill my prescription straight away.

I must say, the whole experience was great. Everyone was just so warm and friendly.

My only note to others looking to visit - call and make an appointment first.

My experience at Westside GP Super clinic was very good. Booking an appointment was easy through HotDoc. There was minimal waiting time at the clinic. My son had a minor health issue that the GP was able to diagnose and explain to us about how to treat it.

Our family have been seeing Dr Vishal and Dr Vaishali for years. Very thorough and reliable doctors. Their Westlake practice is a bit of a hike for us since we moved further away, but worth it for the peace of mind having a trusted GP brings.
