've been attending here for my annual mammogram and ultrasound (fibrocystic breasts) for 10 years. They've always been very efficient and helpful both front desk & medical staff. Today for the first time ever, I had a fine needle aspiration done by Dr Sean O'Connor assisted by Nurse Melissa. Their empathy, compassion and kindness are next level and so appreciated. They explained the process, were very reassuring and I felt comfortable & calm. The procedure itself was painless, and thorough and I definitely recommend Coastal Imaging. I could not thank Dr Sean and Melissa more … to even thank them is purely and understatement . For a young woman like myself who had been told they had a lump in her breast to having to get needle aspiration to get a sample from it , to say I was terrified would not even cover it , but the pure kindness and comfort these two amazing humans gave and made the space feel so safe and calming I will never forget . If you could clone these two amazing humans there would be less terrified people out there . Thank you so much

I had a fine needle aspirate procedure. The male on the front desk couldn't answer my questions regarding the(higher than usual) out of pocket expense, nor could he refer me to who could. There were framed men's football posters (different action photos) on the walls and in the room I had my procedure (by a male). It was a terrible experience from the get go.

Went in for a biopsy and I have really bad anxiety, but the team were so so wonderful and comforting! Melissa made me aware of the procedure and how it actually is really quick, painless and nothing to worry about. And the doctor, Sean was so lovely and told me fun stories the whole time to help distract me while Melissa held my hand. These two were honestly so funny and comforting, it was really really a great experience, and not at all what I expected having a lot of anxiety. A breath of fresh air in the medical community having 2 people with empathy and comfort! Thank you guys so much!!

Melissa was so warm and caring and even had me laughing and Dr Sean was very personable and made me very relaxed. I could not recommend them more.
