Could not recommend Dr Lucey more highly! She is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She is very thorough and takes the time to explain without feeling rushed. So grateful to have finally found a wonderful doctor. Reception staff are always so lovely too!

Late husband and I have been going there for years.When he passed I moved and as I have to get a cab everywhere I went to the nearest surgery that I could walk to..Recently went to Grange Rd by cab (I'm a renting aged pensioner) and the Dr said "You've been to another Dr!!!" Yes I answered because if I'm only after a script I save money on cabs ..I'm 78 and think that I have the right to go where I can walk to for a script instead of paying $30 for cabs there and back..Sad really that I have to explain my whereabouts at my age..However I still go there if I'm in the area..The Drs are good..

they don't get back to you ever about results of tests, not interested in treating you properly at all, just string you along for appointments between doctor to doctor and pretend that like its your first visit every single time to cash in.

Worst GP experience this afternoon. Dr Andrew Warren, I had booked an appointment online, as a phone appointment, only to have “hot doc” app tell me to go into the medical centre. The lady at the counter saw on my booking I had mentioned tonsillitis as my reason for the visit, and asked me to wait for a phone appointment (no problem) an hour after my appointment I received a call. To be told before he would begin I would be charged the full $85 as I hadn’t been in in person for over 12 months. (No problem, was my response) to then be told as it’s for tonsillitis I needed to present in the car park clinic!!! No problem I could be there in 2 minutes as I live around the corner… but no, no time for that. I was upset, being in pain, and not being able to get antibiotics and having been there earlier in the afternoon. He didn’t care, not his problem and “book somewhere else” not easy at 4:20pm. Having explained I had been there earlier, and the appointment was booked days ago. No “sorry” just they are booked today! I then rang reception and spoke to a lovely lady who apologised and tried to see if she could help, to no avail, but hey stars for trying

I go here regularly. I have a regular doctor and have seen 3 other doctors when he has been unavailable. All four having been very caring and patient with me. The psyc Nurse is fantastic and helps so much. She gives practical help which has helped me a lot in certain situations and she is a listening ear. I have also seen 2 nurses which are so lovely as well. The receptionists as very professional but very kind and caring. They try to help you as much as they can and I can proudly say that their the best receptionists I've had to deal with. Everyone working at the practice that I have had contact with, have been so kind, caring, and treated me with the utmost respect at all times. If I could, I would rate this practice as 10 out of 5. Overall, very outstanding and fantastic practice.

Went for a bloods referral and saw Inival raveenthiran because my usual doctor was booked for a while and today was my only day I could. She said no because I looked healthy and had one almost 12 months ago.. and I can ask for one from my usual doctor tho. So I can come back and pay for another consultation ….So much for keeping on top of health. Never going back to that doctor

I truely believe this practice is more focussed on repeat business over helping the patient. Multiple times I’ve been told if I come back I’ll get xyz instead of there and then. I’m looking for a new practice.

I just wanted to pass on my compliments to Dr Swan- she has been my primary doctor for myself and my two children for the last 6 years. She has assisted me with them when they were babies - through a pregnancy and also other medical issues.
I am so grateful at how caring and she just listens to her patients concerns - no matter how busy she is, or late she is for her appointments. As soon as you walk in her door, you instantly feel like she genuinely cares.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for always making my family healthy and cared for.
