TLDR: Dr Amber Revell, couldn't wait one minute after making me wait 20 minutes

Book a 1pm appointment with Dr Amber Revell, arrived at 12:50, had made me wait until 1:20pm for my appointment, I asked the front desk about the delay and was informed that they couldn't contact her, I had to use the bathroom and asked the receptionist if I could leave my bag on a chair since I would be back in a minute.

Returned from the bathroom and waited another 20 minutes (1:40PM) to see Dr Revell. I asked the front desk again about the delay and was informed that while I was in the bathroom she came out, decided not to wait for me and saw another patient (I assume her 1:15pm), I was never informed about this so I told them I was leaving because I had a 2PM class.
