I would definitely recommend the Salt Sanctuary to anyone who is considering it! I have had chronic sinusitis non stop for the past 6 months and the salt cave has definitely made a difference to ease my sinuses. After the first half an hour in the salt cave I can feel my face relaxing completely and the salt air being completely absorbed into my air passage ways. Jenny is such a lovely lady and she gave me some really useful breathing tips to make the most out of my sessions. It's such a great deal for 3 sessions for the $99 and I love visiting the salt sanctuary because I know I will leave with my head feeling so much lighter and less congested each time!

Salt Sanctuary is wonderful! I am getting great relief for my asthma from visiting the Salt Cave and love the great nights sleep I get after a visit.

We love the Salt Sanctuary! We’ve been going since my second daughter was a tiny baby and it’s been incredibly beneficial for all our health and so relaxing. I love sinking my feet into the cold salt. We also see Jenny, the wonderful naturopath there. She’s helped us with many health issues, her advice is always spot on. She is the first person we go to when any of us are feeling unwell. I highly recommend her to everyone 🙏♥️

The Salt Sanctuary has been my life saver. For 6 months I have suffered so badly with sinusitis. I tried absolutely everything to try and get rid of it and ease the pain - medications and natural remedies. Nothing seemed to work. A health professional suggested trying the salt sanctuary and it's been the most effective treatment I've had. After my first session I had instant relief of the pain. By the third session my sinus' were clearing.
I also suffer from insomnia and I've slept amazing since discovering this place. I honestly can not believe sitting in a relaxing salt room could be so effective for the body. Jenny and her team are so wonderful and very welcoming. They gave me tips on making the experience more successful and I couldn't be happier. I recommend the salt sanctuary to everyone - it will change your life!

Jenny is fantastic! Within about 5 minutes of knowing me she figured out what I needed and even had the blood test done to prove it! She’s caring, friendly and a wonderful person who cares for her patients. The salt rooms are also incredibly relaxing. I couldn’t imagine where I would be healthwise without her guidance.
