Joseph is a magician with the body. I have had knee pain for the last 10 years and seen many physio’s who have never been able to fully solve the issue. After just 4 sessions I am feeling the best I have (even before my initial injury).

Joseph is an excellent myo specialist. I have been going to him weekly to help with my recovery regimen as part of an exhaustive training program. His remedial massage therapy has greatly assisted my ability to continue to train and perform physically, and alleviating some niggles I have been dealing with. His appointment timings are also very flexible and accommodate for those who might work a 9-5 or irregular hours. I would reccomend Joseph to anyone requiring deep tissue massage!

I have been to MANY massage therapists over the years and Joseph is one of the VERY BEST. He listens carefully to my personal needs and tailors each session to those needs. Myotherapy is massage, but it is so much more - it is a medical massage that uses trigger point release and a variety of other techniques to relieve muscle and myofascial pain. Joseph is the BEST massage therapist I have ever had by far. He has excellent attention to detail - I have never once had to comment when he hits a sore or tight spot as he notices them straight away and gives them the attention they need. I have had plenty of other therapists who just pass over them not noticing them. I always feel completely rejuvenated after my massage - both physically and mentally as it is the only time my mind is completely still.
