Since I started seeing Mieken over 12 months ago for anxiety and depression, I have achieved greater calm, confidence and joy in my life, despite what life throws at me.

Mieken is a great listener, empathetic, caring and practical. I went to see Mieken because I felt stuck, anxious and unhappy. She has helped me identify and articulate my old "stories" that were standing in my way and move to new ways of thinking and being that are empowering and freeing, and help bring back joy to my life.

After a discussion each session, Mieken identifies the right therapy to assist - chakra work, meditation, talk therapy, etc. I always feel calm and happier when I leave, thinking, "I've got this." Sure, sometimes I have bad days like all of us, but they are fewer. Mieken's therapy has been life changing. Mieken is incredible. I wasn't 100% sure about Kinesiology at first but Im a convert now. Its like therapy but better. It actually works.
I had horrendous nightmares and overwhelming fears weeks before an operation under local anaesthetic and she literally took them away...I didn't even feel scared, just a bit nervous when was on the operating table (fairly realistic fears) She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, effective, and I'd highly recommend her.
