My partner and I had heard about city cave from friends and online and decided that we would have a go. It was a wonderful experience, the staff member working at the time was very welcoming and explained everything that was going to happen. We did a couples float and it was amazing, as both of us work physically demanding jobs it was great to have that sensation for weightlessness. After that float was amazing and our skin felt nice, we were offered water and there were other facial products to put on after but we decided that we wouldn’t do that. 100% would recommend and definitely going back in the future 🙂

I recently visited City Cave Wynnum and had the opportunity to experience both an infrared sauna and sensory float. From start to finish, the experience was wonderful!

The infrared sauna was impressive. The gentle heat felt soothing and therapeutic.

The sensory float was unlike anything I’ve ever tried before. As soon as I settled in, I felt a sense of calm wash over me. The weightlessness combined with the quiet allowed me to truly disconnect from the outside world. By the end of the session, I felt an intense sense of relaxation that stayed with me for hours. The combination of the sauna and float made for an incredibly restorative experience.

The facility itself was clean, modern, and inviting, and the staff were warm and professional, ensuring I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout my visit.

I highly recommend City Cave Wynnum for anyone looking for a truly unique and relaxing experience.

A 45 minute pregnancy massage (with hot stones) with Alfred. It was honestly the best massage I’ve had in a long time! He explained why he needed to be careful as I was pregnant, and was very professional yet got into every sore muscle and pressure point! Extremely happy with my massage and Alfred, thank you!

Wow wow wow! Went for an hour float with my best friend this morning. What an amazing, refreshing, rejuvenating experience. I have never felt so good. I thought we would get in float around talk and catch up for an hour, how wrong I was. Instantly transport into a place of relaxation. Thank you we will be back.

Got three floats for a Christmas present. I had done some floats before. What a great experience. The studio is very clean, welcoming and calm. Staff are very welcoming and pleasant. The float room is well appointed and clean.

I was not sure what I was in for as a first timer. The moment I walked in the door I felt relaxed. Sitting area was cozy. My name on the door was a nice surprise. Initially I thought 1 hour was too long but once I relaxed into floating, the hour went quite quickly. Once showered and done, you can head to the beauty bar and freshen up your makeup and hair to get on with your day or relax a bit more with a tea in the Sitting area. Highly recommended
