I am always astonished by the poor services provided by the administrative staff, from the receptionists to the manager, whom we cannot even reach to resolve the issue. I had an appointment with the reception, and they made me come from a long distance, only to tell me to wait. Why did they ask me to come to the clinic in the first place? I advise all patients to avoid dealing with this place.

Visited Dr Mohsina Ahmed for a regular check up... check my ear and says there a lot of old wax...she asked us to hurry up because she has a lot of patients today and don't have much time....visited same clinic but different doctor the doctor says your ear are absolutely clean and shows me the pics as well which were true it was clean inside.... So Dr Mohsina rushed and gave me incorrect prescription... Another incident same clinic Dr muan win I think he has changed his name to attract more clients...went for a check for cough he writes me a prescription with steroids at the very first treatment which was also not good as steroids are given after non steroidal medication doesn't work. So be careful with who you are visiting at the clinic some Dr are good though.

Took my mum & saw Dr Reham Sabra- the most horrible, rude & unprofessional doctor I’ve ever come across. We walked in and during the 5 minutes we were there she did not even bother to turn her head away from her computer to look at my mum. The proceeded to ask my mum what her temperature was. At this point in very calmly suggested the Dr actually make the effort to look at my mum then take her temperature as a starting point. The Dr was immediately trigger and said “don’t tell me how to do my job”. I replied: “there a basic level of Dr patient manner that you’re not upholding & if you’re getting so offended by gentle feedback then perhaps you should reflect inwardly”. At this point her dramatically stated “this conduction is over, I don’t want to see you, leave and see another Dr”

We saw another female Dr who was fantastic and did what any normal Dr would.

I complained to the practice manager who stated Dr Sabra has only been in the country for 6 months and needs to learn how to work with patients in this country. If teaching the Dr a basic level of decency and respect is a challenge then she has no hope. I will absolutely be reporting her to her registration body for breach of duty of care, negligence & harassment.

I recently visited ISRA Medical Service and had a mixed experience. While the medical care was satisfactory, there were some areas that require attention to enhance patient comfort and overall experience.

*Seating Area:*
The seating area needs significant improvement. The chairs appear worn out, dirty, and uncomfortable. I worry that patients and their companions may be exposed to health risks by sitting on them. Investing in new, clean, and comfortable seating would greatly enhance the waiting area experience.

*Online Booking System:*
The online booking system is slow and takes a long time to complete. Streamlining this process would reduce frustration and make it more convenient for patients to schedule appointments.

I hope ISRA Medical Service considers these suggestions to improve patient satisfaction and overall experience.

The medical system at this center is incredibly slow. It feels like patients spend their entire appointment discussing their life stories, from birth to present. It's completely unacceptable.

Worst experience with them, have been waiting for 3 hours and still they ask me to wait. I don't know what is wrong with their service and how they are managing the patients.
Pathetic!!! Do not recommend anyone to go there!
