Want to have some serious changes in your life – highly recommend going to see Kerri-Ann for Hypnotherapy.
I needed to shift a life long relationship with food and was a little bit (ok a big bit) hesitate to try Hypnotherapy but I am so so glad I trusted the process.
Yes there was some stuff that came up that had been suppressed and I was very vulnerable at times, however Kerri-Ann guided me through the yucky stuff and held a safe space..
Kerri-Ann also provided support in-between sessions.
What has transpired since having Hypnotherapy with Kerri-Ann for me that has a huge effect on my life
• The scales are lighter without even trying
• I realised one day that I had not bought take away for almost 3 weeks – it was at least 1-2 times a week event – and when I did - it wasn’t anywhere as good as home cooked meal
• My serving sizes are smaller
• Ice cream does not taste the same anymore
• I’ve only had one binge day in the last 6 weeks and I never ever want to do that again – a binge day was a regular thing
• My need to feel full before bed has disappeared
• I understand now we can change our thought patterns around what we think is the catalyst for our behaviours – the past should not define who we are
• I actually love my body and respect it more and more each day to fuel with healthy foods and make movement a part of my day
• I don’t require food to fill me up anymore – and that to me is the biggest shift

HYPNOTHERAPY TO QUIT SMOKING VIA VIDEO CALL

I have been smoke-free now for 3.5 months thanks to Hypnotherapy with Moore Than A Healing.
I had 4 sessions with Kerri-Ann. After the 1st session in which Kerri-Ann asked me to journal when I felt like a smoke, when I had a smoke and what I was doing and feeling at the time. After a few days I noticed a pattern and once I had recognised it I could change my attitude towards smoking. Kerri-Ann also adjusted the wording she used during the sessions to fit with my personality.
Every session also included what felt like a guided meditation which was relaxing and inciteful.
I still have the odd craving every now and again but I have the skills to deal with them and the pass quickly.
I highly recommend Moore Than A Healing for quitting smoking. 3.5 months smoke-free and still going strong
