I have been on my weight loss journey with tony and the team for 5 weeks so far, but I can’t believe the difference I have felt in myself and my progress already with my weight loss.

Tony and the team at Capalaba Natural Health are fantastic.
As a typical male, it took my wife to "drag" me along to get started on "our" weight loss journey together... and am I glad she did!!!
If you stick to the program it definitely works. I am 7 weeks in and have lost just over 14kg's so far (still more to go).

Capalaba Natural Health has absolutely changed his life, he used to be extremely overweight, low energy, blood tests were mostly in the red, miserable but Tony took the time and guided him every step of the way through the HCG diet and he has finally reached his goal weight ! He is so much healthier and happier and it’s given him such q better look on life. Tony is amazing and so supportive, absolutely judgement free, can’t recommend him enough.
I also visited him for stomach trouble and fatigue. Got a food intolerance test done and it’s basically solved all my issues. There is so much support there even from reception. Lovely place!

I went to Tony to lose weight 3 years ago and was successful on the diet maintaining what I lost for 3 years. I went on to lose more weight which in the last year I had started to put it on again. At the age of 66 , I cannot speak highly enough of Capalaba Health Clinic helped me to undertake a journey of self love and self care, in the past 12 months, after many failed attempts over many years. I was the heaviest I have ever been extremely unhappy and ready to live a life of a pending stroke. The catalyst was September 2019 when I was rushed to hospital with AF heart rate of 220bpm and a life time of warfarin and weekly blood tests and no quality of life, it felt like I was in prison. I observed a lady at my workplace and finally made myself an appointment on the 5/1/2020 with Tony Daniels at Capalaba Natural health clinic through his professional , encouraging guidance each week. I was introduced to a weight loss HcG program that really works.

My new found life of energy, health and overcoming a mental battle is amazing and I’m off warfarin, blood pressure tablets. Cardiologist so surprised his patient listened to loose weight. Able to climb 200 stairs and up to 8000 steps of walking when I couldn’t barely walk. I have a new lease on life ready to travel around Australia healthy.
My experience with the clinic is 5 star the support from the time you walk in each week and greeted by Jane to the time you leave ,you leave a winner.

I've only just started my journey to become healthy in mind and body with Tony, and I can express my absolute appreciation of it so far. I've been following a diet plan and have lost 1.6kgs in the first 5 days! This is enough to keep me motivated and to also keep my mum motivated as we embark on this journey together!
