WOW, working with Nae has truly been a blessing. I have had issue all my life with stress and muscle tension. Working with Nae has truely opened me to healing and self love in the most profound ways, from her beautifully nourishing meditation and breath work classes to her relaxing daily oil routine she set out for me. Her soft loving nature has guided me through some unconscious childhood traumas and has given me tools and remedies to assisting in self love and guiding me to the best sleep I have had in years.

I went to my very first session with Nae knowing I was experiencing several issues with my body resulting in pain in some areas and tight muscles, but unaware of how they were connected, and how to correct them. Nae put me at ease immediately with her lovely, friendly, and calm approach explaining the process to me as we went. I have had a few sessions with Nae and each time she has been able to find the source of my pain and work with me to balance these with the affirmations and some body work. I come away feeling enlightened, positive, motivated, and relaxed.

At my last session with Nae, I had gone in feeling like I was at a crossroad, unsure of what direction I wanted to take, and unable to see with any clarity how to proceed in a direction. By the time we were finished I had a clear understanding of what I wanted to do, the initial steps I wanted to take, and felt so much calmer and more confident in my decision. Being able to communicate that with someone and reframing my thoughts has brought me a lot of peace and optimism. I felt like that was a major breakthrough.

I look forward to more sessions with Nae in the future and highly recommend her if you wish to experience kinesiology for yourself. She is truly a wonderful healer and a beautiful person.

Self-care at its best!!!! I had a situation that was about to take place in a few days time that was causing me great stress, frustration and anger. Nae was able to shift the stress and infuse acceptance of the situation I could not change. I felt relaxed and energised, motivated and calm at the end of the session. Although I knew that I wasn't happy with it, I was able to keep a clear mind, stay calm and accept it without causing more stress and disruption to my life. I couldn't believe how well I was taking it and received comments from others close to me that knew it would cause me great stress who were wondering how I was not angry and why I was so calm.
Nae is an amazing healer and I will continue to receive Kinesiology Balances from her in the future to keep up with my own self-care along with mental and physical health.
