What a joke. Qld health website and Google when u search chemist annerly comes up with this pharmacy being open until 12pm some even list it as 24hrs. It's a bit hard when u don't have a car and u have serious medical issues to just go else where. The worst part being its not like they were compketelyvshutvup they still seemed to be filling scripts. U guys are happy to live off the free advertising on popular sites like qld health and health direct but not happy to serve the people who have followed your scam advertising. And its not just me because what are the chances 2 other people turned up while I was outside waiting assuming u were going to direct me to a night window.

You can just tell from all thev1 star reviews that the 5 star review straight after was a friend of the buisness
...false advertising on so many levels.....This has to be the rudest most condescending customer service i'm ever witnessed. Obviously you don't need to be polite while exiting the store. Don't waste your time. I had followed google recomrndation after hrs pharmacy Arriving just in time to see the chemist being exceptionally rude and disparaging to a lady. Who was I simply telling them that their chemists on google is late night. The chemist continue to argue no, it's not us. I left b4 my partner could add her two cents bc I could see she was equally annoyed. You can at least change your google presence. A SIMPLE sorry for the inconvinience - dont double down on making the customer feel like an idiot when u dont even know.

I am on a painkiller regime that is quite extensive and is issued regularly. These guys had been processing my scripts for over 6 months so I was a regular. My prescription on two crucial painkillers had expired and was only informed after they had done so with no warning that they were about to expire. This left me with no way of getting my prescription until I was able to get it renewed from my doctor. This process is not quick with controlled medication. I expected the pharmacists to let me know ahead of time as I had repeats left, however this did not happen. To say I was not impressed is an understatement.

Staff take forever to dispense medications. They do not ever bother to pick up the phone even if you ring 50 times in a row. Absolutely the worst pharmacy ive been to.

Last time I had a stye on my eye, and they quickly recommended the perfect anti-inflammatory eye ointment. I really appreciate their expertise and prompt service.
